Scott Horn is an artist and community activist, dedicated to enhancing the civic and cultural life of Dallas, Texas. A jack-of-all-trades, Horn is a full-time event designer, installation and gallery artist, and sits on the Public Art Committee for the City of Dallas. Past affiliations include eight years serving at all levels of Art Conspiracy, including curator and auction overseer. Horn founded the Spare Parts Art Initiative, an innovative small-scale public art project focused on the Fort Worth Avenue Corridor. He curated and managed the Magnolia Gallery from 2006-2012, and has created installation art for La Reunion TX, AURORA Dallas, and CorinthPark.
